Created by the 21 July 2009 Act, the new Health “Regional” Agencies are waited to fit the policy of health to the “regional” area and must contribute to unify and simplify administrative organisation. The directors of those new agencies are directly responsible before the government. There are in charge of defining and conducting health policy. They are to work out some legal instruments such as the “Regional” Plan for Care which must conduct to a best adjustment between supply and demand for care.
