The Council of State validates the National Board of the Society of Doctors' restrictive interpretation of article 18, Law No. 2005-882 of 2 August 2005 which favours the possibility of small and average businesses to use a doctors' self-employed associate statute. This decision, based on conclusions contrary to public interest, not only limits self-employed doctors but appears lawfully questionable and deprives the effectiveness of a long awaited reform.
