The reversion of A23525T of polymorphism of FTO gene in persons with overweight in conditions of hypocaloric diet

The TT genotype of the FTO gene is associated with obesity. The reversal of polymorphisms in the FTO gene under the influence of RDT is mainly associated with transversion of nucleotides (А→Т) at the corresponding site (23525) of the intron mutation (rs9939609).
