A flow-batch luminometer

► A simple flow-batch luminometer (FBL) is presented. ► Drawbacks of the traditional flow chemiluminescence systems were overcome. ► FBL uses a photodiode instead of a photomultiplier tube as detector. ► FBL was applied in the determination of vitamin B12 in injection ampoules. ► The excellent analytical figures of merit were obtained.
