Automated on-line dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on a sequential injection system

► Automation of conventional dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction has been reported. ► A novel approach is based on the using of sequential injection system. ► No centrifugation or use of microcolumn is needed for separation of extraction phase. ► The conventional DLLME and SI-DLLME are compared.
