Solution-processed single-crystal perylene diimide transistors with high electron mobility

Solution processed a-PDI single crystal OFETs are demonstrated for large area electronics applications. The electrical characteristics of a-PDI single crystal transistor on PS/SiO2 bilayer dielectric exhibited an excellent n-type transistor characteristic with a highest electron mobility of 1.2 cm2 V−1 s−1 in ambient air.159
