An unusual oxo-, methoxy- and phenoxy-bridged tetanuclear Zr complex (1) containing two heterochiral N atoms was prepared. Complex 1 is catalytically active for the ring-opening polymerization of rac-LA, giving slightly isotactic enriched polylactide.151
