Syntheses, structures, luminescent and gas adsorption properties of five new interpenetrated, 2D and 3D metal-organic frameworks based on a semi-rigid bis(imidazole)-carbazole ligand

Five new 2D, 3D and interpenetrated frameworks were obtained based on an semi-rigid bis(imidazole)-carbazole ligand and a series of dicarboxylic acids. The structures and properties of the resulting MOFs are mainly governed by the carboxylic acid ligands.88
