Two high-nuclearity homo-/hetero-metallic magnetic materials based on a tripodal alcohol

Two docecanuclear homo-/hetero-metallic clusters based on the tripodal alcohol ligand (H4L) with the Hpiv as a supporting ligand have been produced and show the dominant antiferromagnetic interactions in both compounds.70
