Synthesis and supramolecular structures of manganese complexes with N-pyrazolylpropanamide-derived ligands

The reaction of a series of multifunctional acrylamide-derived ligands with MnCl2 yields complexes with varied modes of ligand attachment. Both the ligands and the complexes exhibit extensive hydrogen bonding.
