Mn2O3-4TiO2 semiconducting composite thin films for photo-electrochemical water splitting

Mn2O3-4TiO2 composite thin films having band gap of 1.2-2.81 eV and photocurrent density of 0.343 mA/cm2 at 0.7 V have been deposited from a solution of precursor 1 by AACVD.
