Chromium-ethynyltetrathiafulvalene complex based magnetic materials

New molecule based magnet [CrCyclam(CC-MeEDT-TTF)2][Cr(NCS)4Phen]2(acetone)2(toluene) shows ferrimagnetic transition at 4.8 K, where the π-π stackings between TTF-type ligands and [Cr(NCS)4Phen]− anions mediate inter-molecular spin-spin interaction.
