Analysis of genetic diversity and population structure of Pleuronectes yokohamae indicated by AFLP markers

► The genetic diversity of P. yokohamae from China and Korea was at the same level. ► There was significant genetic difference between two populations. ► Exact-p test and the UPGMA tree based on AFLP data supported this result.
