Molecular diversity and phylogenetic relationships of Pistacia vera, Pistacia atlantica subsp. mutica and Pistacia khinjuk using SRAP markers

► Phylogenetic relationships of Pistacia species revealed using SRAP markers. ► The cluster analysis showed species-based grouping. ► The closest species of P. vera is found to be P. atlantica followed by P. khinjuk. ► P. vera species may be evolved from wild “Sarakhs” accession.
