Genetic diversity of mango cultivars estimated using SCoT and ISSR markers

► SCoT and ISSR markers were applied to elucidate genetic diversity within Xiang Ya Mango type. ► The SCoT markers detected higher polymorphisms than ISSR markers. ► The SCoT analysis better represents the actual relationships than ISSR analysis.
