Benzopyrroloxazines containing a bridgehead nitrogen atom as promising scaffolds for the achievement of biologically active agents

All known benzopyrroloxazine derivatives showing a bridgehead N atom are herein reviewed with an emphasis on synthetic methods and biological activity. SNC, antiviral, antibacterial, antiinflammatory and anticancer activity was reported for several of the described compounds.148
