Synthesis, antitumor evaluation and microarray study of some new pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazine derivatives

New pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazine derivatives were synthesized and evaluated in vitro for their anticancer activity. Compound 6c showed excellent anticancer activity. In this study we provide new anticancer scaffolds to overcome drug resistance problem.213
