Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of [1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidine derivatives possessing a hydrazone moiety as antiproliferative agents

A series of hydrazone-triazole-pyrimidine analogues were designed and synthesized. Among them, compound 43 displayed the most inhibitory potency against MGC-803 cells and induced the apoptosis of MGC-803 cells.136
