Synthesis, biological evaluation and molecular docking of some substituted pyrazolines and isoxazolines as potential antimicrobial agents

Pyrazoline and isoxazoline derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. Twelve compounds (2a-e, 4a-d and 6a-c) exhibited better glide score in comparison to fluconazole.
