Comparative study of microtubule inhibitors - Estramustine and natural podophyllotoxin conjugated PAMAM dendrimer on glioma cell proliferation

Dendrimer conjugated estramustine and podophyllotoxin with sustained release characteristics were synthesized. These conjugates (i) increased cell cycle arrest and tubulin depolymerization (ii) decreased migration of glioma cells, as compared free drug.
