Overall electroelastic moduli of particulate piezocomposites with non-dilute BCC microstructure

► A robust technique is developed for the estimation of the overall behavior of piezocomposites. ► Present formulation considers the strongly interacting multi-coated particles with BCC microstructure. ► The ellipsoidal inhomogeneities may also have arbitrary alignments. ► Through consideration of various examples the validity and applicability of method are demonstrated. ► Effect of particles' orientation and concentration on the effective moduli of piezocomposite is examined.
