A facile way to control phase of tin selenide flakes by chemical vapor deposition

We realize a facile way to control phase of tin selenide flakes by chemical vapor deposition. The phase of tin selenide flakes transformed from SnSe to SnSe2 at 530 °C with increasing the weight of Se precursor from 50 mg to 500 mg.
