Study of solvent-doped PEDOT: PSS layer on small molecule organic solar cells

► The ITO/PEDOT: PSS/CuPc (10 nm)/CuPc: C60 mixed (20 nm)/C60 (20 nm)/BCP (10 nm)/Ag was fabricated. ► The best conversion efficiency ηp is 3.37% with optimal structure. ► The optimal efficiency is improved by inserting the 3 wt% sorbitol-doped PEDOT: PSS film between ITO and CuPc layer.
