چکیده انگلیسی
⺠MoO3-doped C60 is used as an efficient hole injection layer for OLED. ⺠Driving voltage is significantly reduced and luminance is greatly enhanced. ⺠Power efficiency is increased by more than 40% at 10 and 100 mA/cm2, respectively. ⺠The enhancement is ascribed to charge transfer complex formed between MoO3 and C60.
