Effect of MoO3 as an interlayer on the performance of organic solar cells based on ZnPc and C60

► High efficiency of 3.43% was achieved from ZnPc:C60-based organic solar cells. ► Significant improvement in performance was observed after MoO3 inserted. ► Law of performance change was investigated by comparing device resistance.
