Photovoltaic performance analysis of organic device based on PTCDA/n-Si heterojunction

► Thin films of PTCDA were prepared by thermal evaporation technique. ► SEM and XRD were used to study the structure properties of PTCDA thin films. ► Effect of temperature and illuminations of both J-V and C-V were studied. ► PTCDA is useful material to be used in photovoltaic devices.
