Freezing leukocytes to −40 and −20 °C under an exponential programme with original cryopreservatives

Cryoprotective solutions were developed for keeping human blood leukocytes in active and morphologically valid condition at freezing, according to an exponential programme, to −20 and −40 °C which do not require washing from the bioobject after its thawing.
