Porous antireflective coatings with controlled thickness and refractive index on glass

► High performance antireflective coatings were grown on borosilicate glass using hydrothermal aqueous solutions. ► Calculate the thickness and the corresponding refractive index of porous coatings using TFCalc software. ► The effects of experimental conditions on coating thickness and refractive index were investigated. ► Time-rate effects were influenced by varied experimental conditions.
