Synthesis and characterization of nanocrystallized In2S3 thin films via CBD technique

► In2S3 material with nanosized spherical particles were elaborated on glass substrate. ► Deposition was made at low deposition temperature and in a relatively short time by CBD. ► Experiments were adjusted to get nanocrystalline films with reduced level of defects.
