Orientation-controllable growth of Sb nanowire arrays by pulsed electrodeposition

▶ The fabrication of different orientation Sb nanowires is reported for the first time. ▶ The growth orientation of Sb nanowires is changed from [1 1 0] to [0 1 2] direction. ▶ The orientation of Sb nanowires is controlled by increasing the content of SDS. ▶ Highly ordered Sb nanowires are fabricated by a pulsed electrodeposition technique. ▶ The single crystalline Sb nanowires of different diameters are also fabricated in AAM.
