Colloidal synthesis of 1T' phase dominated WS2 towards endurable electrocatalysis

Metallic 1T' phase WS2 nanocrystal was prepared through a facile one-pot colloidal synthesis method, which exhibited excellent hydrogen evolution reaction performance, i.e. low overpotential of 200 mV at the J = 10 mA/cm2, a small Tafel slope of 50.4 mV/dec and outstanding stability over months-long continuous operation.251
