In this paper, the thermal properties of Ni/Al laminated structures are investigated by using non-equilibrium molecular dynamics method. At first, the temperature effect on the thermal properties of the Ni/Al laminated structure is discussed. The results showed that the interfacial thermal resistance and the phonon thermal conductivity of the Ni/Al laminated structure decrease as the temperature increases. Then, the effect of strain on the thermal properties of the Ni/Al laminated structure is probed. The results showed that the interfacial thermal resistance increases as the tensile strain increases and decreases as the compressive strain increases. Meanwhile, the phonon thermal conductivity decreases as the tensile strain increases and increases as the compressive strain increases. Moreover, the phonon density of states (PDOS) at the interface is calculated under different temperature and different strain. It is found that in the rang of higher frequencies, the tensile strain decreases the frequencies of PDOS peaks (a red shift), while the compressive strain increases them (a blue shift).
