Structure and mechanical properties of commercial purity titanium processed by ECAP at room temperature

- CP titanium was successfully processed by ECAP for 2 passes at room temperature.
- Flow occurred through basal, prismatic and pyramidal slip and {101¯2}〈1¯011〉 twinning.
- Hardness measurements confirm the occurrence of homogeneous strengthening.
