On a robust BEM formulation for the Dirichlet problem of exterior stokes flow

A new formulation is proposed for the solution of the Dirichlet problem of Stokes flow (resistance problem) which considerably improves the conditioning of the algebraic system associated and is meant for application in large-scale problems with iterative solvers.
