Characterization of Ni0.92V0.08Ox thin films deposited by the pulse sputter method

► We successfully deposit Ni0.92V0.08Ox films on ITO/glass by pulse sputter method. ► The optical properties of the films are analyzed by a UV/VIS spectrophotometer. ► The electrochromic properties heavily depend on power and the argon/oxygen ratio.
