Ferrimagnetism in a ultra-thin decorated Ising film

► Phase diagrams and total magnetizations are examined for a decorated ferrimagnetic Ising thin film. ► The effects of spin S (S=1 and S=3/2) on them are examined by using the EFT. ► Ferrimagnetic behaviors are found for the system. ► The possibility of reentrant phenomenon is obtained for the system with S=1.
