Fractionated Stereotactic Radiosurgery for Reirradiation of Head-and-Neck Cancer

SRS reirradiation for head-and-neck cancer is feasible. This study demonstrates encouraging response rates with acceptable toxicity. Fractionated SRS reirradiation with concurrent chemotherapy in select patients warrants further study.
