Validation of the RTOG recursive partitioning analysis (RPA) classification for small-cell lung cancer-only brain metastases

Conclusions: Survivals for SCLC-only brain metastases replicate the results from the RTOG RPA classification. These classes are therefore valid for brain metastases from SCLC, support the inclusion of SCLC patients in future brain metastases trials, and may also serve as a basis for historical comparisons.
