Case-Matched comparison of contemporary radiation therapy to surgery in patients with locally advanced prostate cancer

Conclusions: High-risk prostate cancer patients receiving multimodality radiation therapy (BTC) display apparently superior BFS compared with those receiving surgery (RP) or brachytherapy alone (BTM).
