Clinico-hematological and tissue changes induced by butachlor in male Japanese quail (Coturnix japonica)

- Decreased frequency of crowing, watery droppings, foam production and tremors.
- Significantly lower values of erythrocytes count, hematocrit percent and hemoglobin concentration.
- Microscopically higher frequency of erythrocytes with micronuclei, lobed and notched micronuclei.
- Significantly higher values of serum (LDH), aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT) and urea concentrations.
- Degenerative changes in testes.
