The impact of biological pesticides on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi

► We studied the impact of biological pesticides on AM fungi at pot and field scale. ► We used mycorrhizal colonization, plant growth and DGGE analysis to identify effects. ► Spinosad, pyrethrum, terpenes did not affect colonization and community structure. ► Azadirachtin had a significant and persistent impact on the mycorrhizal community.
