Synthesis and antiproliferative activity of novel steroidal dendrimer conjugates

- The conjugates of G1 8 and 9 exhibit greater selectivity against CEM cells.
- 8 and 9 increase caspase 3 and 7 activity in leukemia cells (CEM).
