Synthesis and anti-tumor evaluation of B-ring substituted steroidal pyrazoline derivatives

Steroidal pyrazoline derivatives (4-18) have been synthesized from cholest-5-en-7-ones (1-3). All the newly synthesized as well as starting compounds were screened for their anticancer activity against HeLa, Jurkat and PBMC cell lines.
