Validating a faster method for reconstitution of Crotalidae Polyvalent Immune Fab (ovine)

► Reconstitution of Crotalid Polyvalent Immune Fab (ovine) previously took up to 36 min. ► We devised and validated a faster reconstitution method (18 mL 0.9% saline with inversion). ► This method resulted in much shorter reconstitution times, and the quality of the product was maintained.
