Hilbert's projective metric and nonlinear elliptic problems

This paper deals with the eigenvalue problems for a class of positive nonlinear operators. The projective metric technique is used to prove the existence of a unique fixed point of the operator. We then show how to apply our results to the study of nonlinear elliptic problems.
