Correlation between basal bilirubin levels and survival in advanced colorectal carcinoma treated with CPT-11-based chemotherapy: A study of the Gruppo Oncologico Italia Meridionale (G.O.I.M.)

Data reported in this study support the observation that basal bilirubin levels are a biomarker able to predict, at least in part, the clinical efficacy and toxicity of CPT-11-based chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma.
