- Energy was perfectly correlated with dose in the optimal standard regimens (OSR).
- Dose-energy model with perfect fit was established for docetaxel therapy in OSR.
- Administered dose should be patient-specific and sufficient for the suggested regimen.
- Time to 2nd dose delivery in OSR is less than twice the tumor doubling time intraday.
