Kinetics of rebounding of lymphoid and myeloid cells in mouse peripheral blood, spleen and bone marrow after treatment with cyclophosphamide

► The kinetics of changes in myeloid and lymphoid cells after CTX treatment was investigated. ► CTX treatment decreased the absolute numbers of myeloid and lymphoid, regulatory, and NK cells. ► The leukocyte levels returned to normal levels during the recovery phase except for B cells. ► The cellular changes post CTX treatment can be targeted to benefit the use of CTX in immunotherapy.
