Comments on the paper “Characterization of l-threonine phthalate crystal for photonic and nonlinear optical applications”

It is proved that the title paper reported by Elberin Mary Theras et al. [1] is completely erroneous. The so-called “l-threonine phthalate” crystal is not a new material but is the well known anhydrous phthalic acid crystal.
