Le contrôle de qualité en sérologie ou comment garantir la qualité d'un résultat d'analyse semi-quantitative ?

In the laboratory of serology, the quality control became the tool of preference today, which allows to guarantee the quality of the result. To implement this control, samples possessing one or several antibodies or one or several antigens are used. Finally, the results of these samples used very regularly in the series of analysis allow a strengthened analytical validation. The use of the values of signal in control cards allow at the same moment this analytical validation but also the follow-up of the analytical process. To make easier this whole follow-up, computing tools exist, joined into the machines, within software concentrator of laboratory, or in totally independent software conceived for the quality control. The set that are samples and software tools form the palette, which allows the technician to validate safely his result.
